Ingredients
1 cup Yellow Moong Lentil /dal
1 cup powdered sugar
3/ 4 cup fresh coconut
1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
2 tbsp. broken cashews
Method
Dry roast the Moong dal till turns lightly brown and keep aside to cool down. Dry roast the coconut in low flame till the moisture dries up keep aside to cool down. Heat a small kadai till the smoke comes and then add the sesame seed and wait till it starts spluttering. Dry roast the cashews just when they turn brown.
Now powder all the above ingredients except sesame seeds & cashews separately and put it in a vessel. And mix well together with sesame seeds and cashews.
Store it in an airtight jar.
