I am not a big mango fan as I told you earlier. But the one dish during mango season is a must at home . I love this recipe and love to eat it cold. Its a very simple recipe with no cooking and not much labour. The fresh and the riped mangoes marinate in jaggery and cardamom powder and then add with coconut milk.. hmm..very delicious and when I am having I don't have the guilt of having lot of calorie food but instead its one of the healthiest dessert :)

(Chopped mangoes and jaggery mixed with coconut milk)
Preparation Time : 15 min
3 riped and chopped mangoes
1/2 cup jaggery powdered (you can add more)
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 cups of fresh/frozen coconut milk
1.5 tsp sesame seeds/till (black)
3-4 scoops of mango ice cream
Chop the mangoes and put it in a vessel and to it add the powdered jaggey and mix well.
add the cardamom powder also and let it sit in the fridge for about 1 hr.
Mix the coconut milk and mix well. Add the till.
You can mix the ice cream to the entire rasayana or add a scoop for your share.
Serve it chilled.Notes
